Project effort to develop a custom lease management systems coupled with CRM for a leading independent senior living company. Holiday Retirement partnered with Microsoft to develop a combined CRM and leasing management platform for their 380 senior housing communities. The project involved migrating a legacy on-premise platform to MS Dynamics CRM online while customizing the platform to support centralized lease development and management for over 5,000 residential units.
